Mari and I had an amazing time at Dewey 2008. It was Mari's first trip with me since we adopted her and she just loved it. The weather was perfect, the company was perfect, the whole event was fantastic! Once again we shared a beach house with the amazing photographer Sue Bird and the very talented Char Harding of Around the Hounds. We are very proud of everyone who dropped by our booth and donated their gently used coats, collars, leashes and more, all for the Galgos in need. Kim & Christie of G.R.I.N. - Galgo Rescue International Network kindly collected the items from us and took poor Mari out for her mid-day walk. Although I don't think she did anything except smell. Thanks again girls, it was great seeing you again.
Our bracelet raffle was a success! Greyhound lovers generously donated over $100 towards the raffle for the beautiful spanish bracelet. Congratulations to the winner!
